Cacao Hot Chocolate

With shorter days and Winter just around the corner, what better time than to snuggle up and get cosy with a classic favourite - Hot Chocolate! Lovingly made in our new cafe by barista and hot chocolate fan, Anna.

You’ll need:

250ml of your milk of choice (we used oat milk for a smooth dairy-free taste)

1 tablespoon cacao powder

½ teaspoon of sugar

Optional: Raw cacao nibs and raw cacao powder to sprinkle on top

Your favourite mug and a good book!

Steps:

1. Add cacao powder and sugar to your mug

2. Steam milk using steam wand of coffee machine. We’ve used our cafe coffee machine, yet a

home espresso machine would work! Alternatively, you could heat up milk on the stove.

3. Add half of the milk to the cacao and sugar mix and stir together

4. Pour remainder of the milk into mug and sprinkle with cacao nibs and raw cacao powder

5. Enjoy!
